It's great to come into an auto repair place and feel...right away...that you're NOT going to be lied to and get ripped off. These guys are the real deal. They seem to care about you and your car, even if they don't know you. The guy I talked to remembered me from the time before and made sure I was taken care of. The next guy just made sure I was happy. You just don't get that kind of treatment in auto shops.

I'm long time client for tires, friendly staff and competitive prices. Took my car for an estimate on my front suspension Some bushing noises. They gave me a $3300 quote!!! and a list of many wrongs that I don't believe how the car did not collapsed to the floor. I asked the estimator regarding safety which part he would recommend to take care first, he would no say. Tried other shop, fix everything with parts included for $670. The point, trust them but verify with other shops before you commit to it. You might save big. Thank you Scott for your answer. Sorry, but I did not kept the quote's copy, it was only one quote all together. Is understandable now, Lex B. Uses the national estimator system, just like most dealers do. The point is that the if knowledge enough the mechanic should have been able to tell me what parts were a top priority since I told him I was not able to allocate $3k+ for the repair. The upper control arm bushings were old and just make small squeaky noise, the other mechanics said I can used them for at least 6 more month.

I showed up without an appointment and the staff helped me right away. Cooper helped me choose the correct replacement tire. The shop was busy but tire was replaced, and all tires rotated in about an hour...well under the expected time. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was helped right away. My concerns and questions were answered. The technician quoted a very affordable price and told me how long the wait would be accurately. I was able to wait in an air conditioned wait room with tv, drinks, and a restroom. It went without a hitch! The best part was I paid $22 instead of $130 which was what the “other guys “quoted👍👍👍👍👍!

Great service. I took my car to the Kaneohe center or the first time based on a work colleague recommendation. First, they were cheaper than two other places that I got quotes from, they were fast with the service and timely.
