Amazing service! They made dropping off and picking up my vehicle and accommodated my busy work schedule. They really show they care about taking care of my vehicle and they reminded me to take advantage if their monthly complementary tire check. I feel confident going directly to the kaneohe site for all my vehicle needs!

My wife told me that her car was not starting normally and ordered me to remedy the situation. It was hot outside and I am lazy so, I hopped in to the car and turned the key. The car said err,err,err bud still started as Toyotas usually do. I turned on the AC and the radio and headed strait to LEX BRODIE'S here in Wapahu USA. I parked out front and was met by LEI a courteous and knowledgeable service rep. who had the battery checked out (it was pretty much dead), replaced, and the charging system checked out (it was good). This all took place in less than about thirty minutes with no appointment. The price was good and the military discount made it even better. Great job LEI and SERVISE TECHS!

The crew at pearlridge is the bestest...great team of hard working professionals with the aloha spirit...solved my problem when no one else could at a great price...this is my third location of lex over the years and will be back again...mahalos

Overall it was a 4 star because the front office staff was about 15 minutes late (came in at 7:15) and customers were not taken in normal order.

Staff was courteous and efficient. Came in for a safety check and was out in less than 20 minutes. Will definitely be back.
