Great products and prices, but most important, amazing service! Needed two rear tires late in the day in a size that's out of the mainstream. I got my tires and was on my way within 2 hours! Everyone was exceptionally friendly and helpful despite the fact that the Queen St. store was crazy busy. Mahalo to everyone at Lex Brodie's! Wouldn't go anywhere else for tires.

I am very impressed and thankful that after my review, Scott and I were able to communicate. He and his staff have implemented changes and/or in the process of correcting every aspect of what went wrong with my experience. It is not the "norm" for businesses to respond and immediately react to fix any issues their customer may have had. Those that do, however, makes you want to give them another try. I will definitely be giving Lex Brodie's another try when the time comes - hopefully not too soon, though. :)

Really great service from Kevin! Had our truck towed in and was greeted and taken care of right away. He kept us updated with every service completed and we were able to pick up our truck the very next day. Thank you to Kevin and the employees at Lex for such a positive experience. Mahalo!!!

I scheduled a safety check for 10:30am. I also asked to have my alignment checked. I called a few days later to ask if I dropped off my car at 9am when they opened, if the alignment check could be done before my 10:30am safety check - he said sure. When I showed up, there was no note about my alignment check. The lady checking me in was able to get my alignment checked before my safety check - really appreciated that! Staff was friendly.
