I am very impressed and thankful that after my review, Scott and I were able to communicate. He and his staff have implemented changes and/or in the process of correcting every aspect of what went wrong with my experience. It is not the "norm" for businesses to respond and immediately react to fix any issues their customer may have had. Those that do, however, makes you want to give them another try. I will definitely be giving Lex Brodie's another try when the time comes - hopefully not too soon, though. :)
