Great Michelin tires...at discounted prices...however, Waited 3+ hours for alignment and four new tires...

I can't recommend Lex Brodie's more. They were so great. I found their positive reviews online when I was searching for a service station that could plug a tire for us while we were on vacation on Oahu. They were very friendly & helpful. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Lex Brodie's for making our problem no big deal.

Finished within time frame promised.

This is for my parent. On or around 3 May on Thursday, she brought her green 2012 Forester for tire change due to puncture that happened on the road that day. She came in with a temporary tire on when she drove in. No appointment could be afforded and needed the car to be fixed. - She was told it was TWO HOUR wait. That itself think that she has endurance to wait. However, she did so, in an non-air conditioned, sun raging office by simply sitting and waiting. What more galling is that the two hour wait ended up into FIVE HOUR wait, where she was basically up to roasted near heat exhaustion. When she came home after that, she fell ill and went bedstricken for the whole FRICKIN weekend and some. - On top of that, she was told that ALL FOUR TIRES NEED TO BE CHANGED. I understand that because this vehicle was AWD and needed to change all at once. What galls me again is that the same size of tire costing more than 1000 dollars, on a 225/55R-SEVENTEEN INCH TIREs. My 235/50R18 cost only 950 for all four wheels. What kind of breakdown did you give her?????? In conclusion, I sort of wished that she be down for heat stroke in your office because that would have been your liability. Don't you think a 72 year old woman sitting in that hot environment for over five hours can do something grave to her? Where is OSHA? Where is the inspectors? Do you want your elderly be treated like that?? THINK!!! - UPDATE - The Check Tire Pressure light came on after this change, which figures as to what the heck have your mechanics done to this Tire Pressure Monitor? I am further appalled of your service and good thing I have not done business with this establishment for over two decades.

Great great service. Tire blew out and my spare was flat as well so had to call a tow to pick up my car and deliver it for service. Normally I have a place I always go but they were short staffed and couldn't take me. Tow recommended Lex's so I called them and asked if they could take me (Saturday afternoon) and they said yes. Dropped car off, they were super busy but very friendly. They took the car at 12:30 pm and since we had a few hours to kill we walked over to Ward (10-15 minute) and watched a movie. They called a couple hours later to say the car was done. They replaced tire, checked balance, fixed the spare, and put air in all the other tires as well. I'm not sure if the tire cost more or not but honestly, the peace of mind and quality of service really was worth it. I think I'm gonna start going here exclusively. Plus they have specials at times for new tires i.e. When buying 4 new tires. Highly recommend!

I only come to Lex Brodie's for all my car problems. Genuine service and aloha from everyone. Every time I've been there, Sione "Cooper" the assistant manager is awesome! Always 5 stars for all my visits. First come first serve on week days is great. Drop your car off at 7 and depending on the car problem they are very quick. Latest I picked up my car was 11:30, just in time for work.

I ALWAYS receive Excellent service at the Honolulu location, especially from Cooper! He Always provides good advice, always looks for ways to help me, always looks for applicable discounts for the type of repair I'm having done, and is Always friendly! If I could, I'd recommend him for Employee of the Month or Employee of the Year! Thanks Cooper!
