First time yesterday for me to have my oil changed. Too soon to tell how well service was. All I know is that it took too long for me to get my car back. Oil change is supposed to take no more than 2 hours and I waited 5 hours before calling to check the status. I even made an appointment on-line and that didn't help; what are appointments for? If I hadn't called to find out the status of my car, who knows when I would have received the call?

Melody was very helpful on the phone with my husband and with me in person at the store.

Update: 6-29-17 please buy Gina lunch. She was on top of everything and she was checking out if people were waiting and being proactive about it. A+++++ When Lex Brodie is on there's no better place. Today was one of those days. Fast, friendly, helpful service. I took my car in to fix a flat tire and they were on it! Super helpful, quick and just great to deal with. I left the tire with them and they fixed it really quickly. I asked them if they could put the fix tire back on the car and although they were busy, they accommodated me. I went to the lounge to wait and saw fellow musician there so the wait was fun. They were so fast that they changed the tire in less than 10 minutes and my car was back in service! This place is awesome!

Barney was AWESOME!! I went in for an oil change that my partner scheduled (thinking it was due at 6 months)... Barney checked when our car had the last oil change and told me I didn't need it for another 3000+ miles... He saved us the $ and the landfill from unnecessary disposal... He told me I was due for the Safety Check, so my trip wasn't wasted... After the inspection, he told me the oil level was good and the oil was still clean... Barney was so nice & friendly! Last visit, Cooper helped me and he was really nice, friendly & awesome, too! Def 5-Stars! Thank you!

Service was good

The staff is always very helpful and attentive. During my recent experience, they patched my tire and didn't charge me. During my wife's recent experience, she had a flat tire and took it Lex Brodie's for repair or replacement. They told her they couldn't repair it and recommended she take it to the store where she bought it to see if there is any warranty left on the tire. They could have just as easily sold her another tire, but they were trying to save her some $. Mahalo!

The woman who helped me at the desk and the mechanic Barney were very helpful and friendly!

On arrival, customer service (Zach) was very helpful, answered all my questions and even helped me with getting some good discounts ... car was done well within the time frame he gave me ... when I picked up my car, service again was great in and out quickly
