My car desperately needed tires after 7 years...it was time. My family had always gone to Costco for tires- so I called there first. I found out that not only do they not do alignments, but that an appointment was only possible if you pre bought tires and waited a few weeks. Disappointed, I asked around my co-workers for some alternatives and one recommended Lex Brodie's... Who of course i remembered from ads at uh games. Went online to make an appointment, but had a bit of trouble with the system. I called them, and Marcello helped me make an appointment with no problem at all. Arrived, got checked in very efficiently. Marcello helped us day of too- even remembered our phone chat. He was very helpful explaining different options based on my driving habits. Understanding how expensive a full set of tires is anywhere, he took time to show how different coupons online or offers from manufacturers would affect total price. I was impressed with his level of patience, true customer service and attention to detail. Car was done around when they said it would be (great chance for brunch at nearby Windward Mall!) And was very happy with the final product. Will be sending my family here from now on for tires, and more!

Had a bubble in side wall of my tire and i was able to get an appointment that same day to change it! The best part was when I paid for it... I only had to pay for the installation ($25) because the warranty covered it!!
