Great service and the option to arrange for a rental car was fantastic.

The single star represents the only bright spot of the experience and that was the customer service rep who met me and greeted me. He got my issue understood and was pretty receptive through the whole experience. He could have called me at some point before this whole situation became stupid. 45 minute flat repair took 2.5 hours and was a cascade of bumbling missteps. Delivered my car at 0730 and my receipt reads I received my car at 1004. Not even as much as an apology about the insidious wait. Ridiculous that I actually had to pay full price for such appalling service. Imagine a tire shop that cannot get the tire off the car. Imagine a tire shop that does not have the appropriate key to remove lug nuts for a car that's been on the road for 2 years. Why wouldn't they call me or the dealership to ask where they might find this magical key? It was sitting in the trunk in plain sight before the flipped the entire trunk upside down and hid the tire kit box from themselves. The customer service guy did his best to distract me, keep me smiling and laughing. But I was unimpressed with the other 6 or 7 staff members who just seemed clueless or too busy to be bothered. At the point where service recovery was possible, my complaint fell on deaf ears about the time waiting for my vehicle and the fact that stopping through twice to check on the progress was the only way I ascertained that they were aimlessly and helplessly fumbling for a clue, which was at the end of their nose. I did not receive a call when the car was completed. Who knows how long the car sat before I stopped in the second time. I can't believe they actually required payment. How about you pay me for the three hour of my time you stole?

On Dec. 15th I went to Lex Brodie's on Queen Street to drop off my car for an oil change, annual safety check, tire rotation and alignment. (Customer #1037042). I was very pleased with the quick service I received from JIM. He took my order, then asked me to show him the car. He walked around the car and noticed I needed to have my Safety Check renewed. I asked about the alignment check and then decided to have the alignment package, too, based on the information he gave me. My car services were finished ahead of schedule. I have nothing but praise for Jim's service and the friendly efficiency of the workers. I could tell Jim had many years of experience helping people with their car services. He was a good listener, spoke slowly and clearly to explain the work to be done and approximate time when the work would be finished. I am submitting this 5-star review because I want Lex Brodie's to buy lunch for those employees like Jim. Thank you!

I was very satisfied with the service I received when I took my car in to the Lex Brodie shop on Queen Street. I arrived an hour after they opened, and even though they were already very busy the staff greeted me cordially and set about diagnosing and fixing the problem I was having with my car.

Excellent customer service despite being busy with many other customers. Brought car in for a wheel balance and alignment check since front wheel had a high speed shimmy problem. Problem was diagnosed due to a tire with a bulge probably caused by hitting a pothole. No pressure to buy an expensive Michelin tire to match the others when a cheaper brand was available. Wheels were balanced and rotated and alignment adjusted so car now drives smoothly again. Shop stayed open until all waiting customers were accommodated. Thank you very much.

What a great place to buy tires. I called first for an appointment. Appoinment was on Christmas Eve!!!! How cool is that!!!! The receptionist was sooo courteous, so knowledgable and concerned. Took my car in and bought 4 new tires, they checked the suspension the alignment and everything necessary. Used the coupons on the website and saved much more money than I thought. Two friends recommended Lex Brodie and wow they were right. Thank you Lex Brodie for having wonderful employees and such a wonderful service place for tires. Your warranty is awesome !!!! Service was good and fast. The only thing that made me give only 4 stars is that when I made an appointment online, I was confirmed with BF Goodrich tires but when I got there, those tires were out of stock. I even received a confirmation email stating, "purchase and install BF Good rich tires" but I guess they don't have the system linked with appointment and stocks.
