Definitely not the service I have become used to receiving from Lex Brodies. I will be in search of a new service company to service my vehicle. Brought my car in for what was likely battery issues but there were also other issues that indicated it might be more than battery issues. The person who did the intake couldn't have been less interested and made an immediate judgment that it a bad battery, demonstrating that he could care less what other things had happened. I indicated that I wanted it to put on the diagnostic tool because I was also receiving messages from a diagnostic device that was part of my car. He could care less. Completely ignored the request. When someone called me back later to find out what was the issue with my car...apparently the first many had not even bothered to document his pronouncement that it was a bad battery, I again explained and requested a diagnostic service in addition. I was told to do the diagnostic would be $145. I mentioned that the last time I had requested it that there was no charge. I was then told that it would be free if there was nothing found. I finally looked up the code that was being given by my car's system, and when I picked the car up my receipt indicated that they had tested for that code...which wasn't even related to what we had experienced, as well,...and nothing showed as being wrong. Totally disgusted with the fact that I had to demand to have a service and then I am not convinced that it was even performed. To add the icing to the cake when I picked up my car I was handed my keys and told it was parker "over on that side" as the lady kind of waved in the left direction. So I set off to find my car and when I found it, it was blocked in by another vehicle, so I went back and handed her my keys and told her it was blocked and that I would wait there for them to bring my car. I don't know what has happened but it is definitely not the service that I have always gotten before from Lex Brodies. And it will be the last service I get from them.
