Service that cant be beat.. Well trained people and very professional greeted with a smile....

I brought my car in because my tire popped from a pothole. My husband called a Lex Brodie in Waipahu and they said the town location had my tire. We went ahead and made an appointment to get new tires. When I got to the shop. They didn't have my tire in stock. We are willing to pay an extra $100 to get the tire replace in one day instead of going to other places which would've taken a week or so. Not to mention I have 3 month old with me the entire time. I was estimated from the time I got in at 2:10 pm. It would take about an hour and a half total for getting my tires transfer and installation. I was ok with waiting for an hour and half or 2. I understand during traffic it would take a little long. But 2 hours past and I didn't get a call. I called in about 4:10 pm and they said my car was next. I asked how long would it take I was told another 45 mins to an hour. They will call me when it's done. I walked back to the Lex Brody at 5:15 pm and my car was all done and I have a newborn who's exhausted from waiting. I asked an employee if my car was done. They had no idea so they checked then told me yes it's done. In the back of my head they knew I had a newborn but they didn't even bother to tell me thanks for waiting or anything. My baby was starting to cry she was cranky. If I would've known how long it would take I would've gone home and came back 3 hours later. I was a little disappointed cause I wasn't informed once the tires came in. I had to call and walk back to get to my car. Plus I paid an extra $100 to get them done so I'd have a peace of mind that it's safe to drive my little one home.

It's never fun buying tires, but the staff here at the Honolulu patient has made it a pleasant experience for me. This is the second time that I have purchased all four tires from Lex Brodie's. Prices are very fair, especially for the service that you receive. Highly recommend them and they even put shiny stuff on your tires.

I always bring my vehicle in to Waipahu Lex Brodie's when there's a issue or problem with my vehicle. Two visits ago I had a terrible experience. The issue was resolved but a call from the manager would have been appreciated. The mechanic, Kapua worked on my vehicle that left me very unsatisfied! I brought my car back in and was helped by another mechanic which made me very happy with the correct repairs that was done to my car. This is why I gave 4 stars. I wouldn't have given a 5 star but the manager did not contact me in regards to my concerns and that makes me sad that a manager would not call a unsatisfied customer to hear my frustration. Leimomi is always pleasant, caring and passionate when ever I come in and I also observed her assisting other customers, Leimomi who I would like to greet me when I come in for service. Leimomi provides Awesome customer service!

Lex Brodie's made sure I got the correct tires and all the available discounts. I had a little longer wait after my appointment due to them being extremely busy, but Male Otis made sure I was informed of my vehicle's status and made sure I was compensated. Excellent service and I will definitely return and recommend them to others.

I brought my car in super early because I wanted to drop it off and go to work. Although they were not really open for business yet, two of the girls were walking in in street clothes. One of them stopped to say good morning, and checked my car in so that I could head off to work. It was nice that she didn't tell me to wait until they were fully opened. I was able to get to work early, and my car was done pretty quickly, and they called me right away to let me know that it was done. I was able to pick up my car and get back to work with minimum disruption to my day. Thanks a lot!
