There are not many places that repair flats but you can always rely on Lex Brodies to give you a fair assessment if your tire can be repaired or not. Overall they are well organized and offer convenient hours 7 days a week. Everything is by appointment but they do take in emergency work if dropped off by 2 pm. They are not always the cheapest in tire sales but overall it's the service that counts. Value 4.5 stars Service 5 stars Friendly staff 5 stars Overall experience 5 stars

Went on Sunday to check the air in my tire since the "check tire" light on my dashboard went on. I was told I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it within 30 minutes for free, since I had bought the tire from Lex Brodie. Service was friendly and fast.

There was a mix up with a phone call the day before with Jack. Brooke checked my car in the next morning and fit me into the schedule. She was honest about the situation and about the length of time that it would take. Charlie called me throughout the day with updates. I got my brakes, oil and alignment done. I appreciate the mechanic for taking care of my car and to the staff that were very professional and polite. In my situation, I could’ve complained but what’s the sense. You should always prepare yourself for a long wait time whenever and wherever you get your car serviced. They all did their job and treating me nicely.
I had new BFGoodrich All-Terrain tires installed on my 2019 4runner along with wheel alignment. I'm enjoying the new ride quality and alignment feels good, truck feels very stable and drives straight. The only caveat I would point out is that they don't seem to call you when your car is ready. My appointment was was a "waiting" appointment so I went off-site and returned after 3.5 hours and my car was on the side with no "service hats" on it so I'm pretty sure my car was ready so I waited in the lounge for about 20 minutes expecting to get a text or call from them until I just decided to stand up and wait in the "cashier" line and lo and behold, my car was indeed ready. With that said, I guess them contacting you in a timely manner is hit or miss (a miss in this case) regardless, I paid up and I was on my way in minutes. The two clerks who helped me were nice and helpful. Mechanic area was tidy and my car was without any damage on the exterior and no stains on the interior. edit: they did call me! my cellphone service was interrupted that day and I got my voicemails later and saw that I was contacted by the team that my car was ready.
