I ran over a screw on Sunday, and they were about to get that out on Monday. My car definitely would not make it down the road if I kept that in. 10/10 would go again.

Excellent customer service and support from the staff at the Waipahu Lex Brodie.

Yesterday when I got my new tires ( I had to puck a Sunday to get it done) the crews were on duty and got my vehicle in and out in a fairly swift manner. My tires still have still usable, but one had a leak and I had been told previously I had to wait 3 hours to get them to look at it. Lex Brodie never made me wait in the past for such service delays. My van is a commercial van and has limited opportunity off the road for service. So I just went ahead and got new tires to get it fixed an back on the road! Customer service has changed in recent times, hopefully it will return soon. They've already closed one branch in Kalihi, hopefully the rest can stay open as people need their services.

Excellent service by everyone there. The staff is all friendly and courteous. The gal that did the safety inspection notified me that my insurance card was 2 weeks ahead. I got my new card and disposed of the old one , not realizing that I'll need current card for inspection. She helped me navigate my cell phone to get the right card from my insurance company. I was very grateful I didn't have to come back to complete my inspection. I didn't get the young ladies name but safety inspection says inspector 11936 if that helps. A big mahalo !

The service was great! I had made the appointment the day before, and the staff assured and confirmed my appointment - both verbally and a phone text. On the day of the appointment was quick and easy, just confirmed my appointment and dropped off keys. I was called and it was inquired 1) if I wanted the tires rotated, and 2)the status of my vehicle. A few hours later, I was contacted that my car was ready. Quick check in , conformation of all services done, made payment, and I was on my way. What was impressive, the both times I entered the office, I was either greeted verbally friendly or with a head nod - assuring they knew a customer was there.

AC got low over the last couple of weeks. Made an appointment for 9am on Monday. Didn't know it would take all day. Shortly before closing they called and said the car was ready. They "couldn't find anything wrong with it, so they just charged the system." Great. It was like new, until six days later, when it was worse than ever. I think they just charged it up and rolled it out the door. Good thing I still have my appointment wth the dealership. Oh well . . . !
