Excellent front desk service and support given to me when I took my van in for a flat tire. Repair was done in less than an hour.

This was my first time at the Kaneohe location and I prefer it to the one on Queen Street. I took my car in on Sunday for what I initially thought was an alignment problem but turned out to be something else. Kyle was upfront about everything from the get-go, letting me know that because it was a Sunday, if anything needed major repair, I'd have to come back on a weekday since parts can't be sourced on weekends. Totally understandable but not something I considered when making the appointment, so that's on me. Thankfully, they were able to diagnose the issue and provide a quote within 90 minutes of dropping off my vehicle...much sooner than I expected! I appreciate the efficient and prompt service and will be taking my car in on Wednesday for repair at the Queen Street location since it's closer to my office. Thank you, Kyle for the awesome customer service.

I've been going to Lex Brodie's for years, not only for new tires but now for automobile repairs. They are professional, kind and courteous. When I go there, I feel like they value me as a customer which is a good feeling. Lex Brodie's provides good value for my money. I will continue to go to them.

Excellent service

Ignition key would not unlock the driver’s side door. I wasn’t sure if this was Lex Brodie’s type of job. The technician was able to determine the problem and fixed it in less than hour. I had reserved the time several days before. I was very satisfied with the results.
