As a walk-in for a Safety Inspection, I was welcomed and treated with respect. The process took about an hour with no hassle. They had a large waiting room that can easily fit over fifty guests with a place to set up a laptop, charge your phones and plenty of elbow room for the kids.

I truly apologize to Rose, Lilo, and Sanele for the late review! And not to mention the Notorious Kapua! On 03/10/2023 I came to the Queens st. Shop with a nail in my tire at 4:30p.m. and it was in a place where the tire had to be replaced! I have a commercial vehicle and bought the most expensive tires you carry like 300 each! Well the first person who I bought the tires from at Lex Brodie,s did not charge me as a commercial vehicle, he charged me as a personal vehicle! Our stepvan is our vehicle for work as we are a surf school. Anyways I was ready to pay the 300 for the replacement but kapua said my tire was under warranty since your sales rep who first sold me the tires charged me as personal not commercial! Once again your Kapua showed me as a consumer the your company Lex Brodies is PONO! Meant alot to me and If I was super rich I would probably by her a new car to show my appreciation! And thank you for your team players Rose, Lilo, and Sanele who changed my tire in probably 15 to 20 minutes! Sure not everyone in the world is not going to like someone, but when people put there prejudices and illness feelings on the side and work as if they are working for our God, the work makes the company shine. Excellent Customer Service and friendly Staff

I have been to this shop many times over the years. This time my car key would not unlock the driver's side when put into the lock. I had reserved a time several day before. I did not know if the locking mechanism was something they service. Their tech took a look inside a viewing hole and said it appeared the metal rod was disconnected from the key lock tumbler. I was done in less than a hour. The dealerships currently have 5 to 7 weeks wait just to diagnose. Thanks Lex Brodie's on Queens street Honolulu, Hi.
