Zero communication. They never told me what was going on until after something happened. My AC center vent molding is badly cracked. They claimed it was cracked prior. But they never told me it was cracked before they really badly cracked it. It looks terrible now. Then they said they was going to order the replacement part. When I looked at my receipt I noticed that the part was discontinued in the notes section no one called to let me know. Fortunately for them my Dad is a retired worker at Lex Brodie’s Queens and he could explain what was happening and why. He said the issue was on the Service Writer who is woefully inexperienced.

Customer service and honesty of Lex Brody's is the epitome of how all businesses should be run. I only wish they ran a certain dealership in Waipio. Employees are friendly, curtious and knowledgeable. TYVM

Went into Lex Brody's today for safety check & oil change. Also advised tire sidewalls cracking so replaced all four. Lex Brody's is the epitome of how cutomer service and trust are the most important of any service provider. Every employee I dealt with was friendly, polite, professional and knowledgeable. I only wish they were is charge of a certain Waipio dealership.

I had a 10:00 am appointment on May 3 to get my car’s oil change and tires rotated. When I dropped the car off they told me it would take one hour. I left and when I returned at 11:00 they said it would be another 4-5 hours. I got a call around 2:30 saying my car was ready to be picked up. Not the kind of service I expected with a reservation. First time this has ever happened at Lex Brody. Thanks for the opportunity to leave a review.

Blossom and the gang were awesome! I had a flat tire and was stranded. I managed to get my car here close to closing time, and they decided to not only just change my tire but put in new valve stems! The boys did a a great job!

Review for oil change service/brake services: It was my second time doing an oil change with Lex Brodie's in Kakaako and the process was pretty simple. To start off, I made an appointment online which was easy. You select which services you want done and pick a date and time. They give you a rough estimate for pickup but just expect to have your car in the shop for a couple hours that day. That morning, I dropped off my car by pulling up into the designated parking area for drop off (behind a couple other cars lined up in rows). You walk up to the front with signs for drop off/pick up and usually there will be someone at the computer. The staff here were very nice and accommodating. They made the process pretty easy. Since you'll be dropping off your car for a couple hours, have a plan for if you wanna walk around the Kakaako area and lounge, have a ride home, or walk. I lived in the area so I walked home. I dropped off my car early around 8 and had he services done by around 0130pm~. They texted me/called to let me know my car was ready. Pick up was easy as you just go back to the pick up line and let them know your name and voila! You pay for your service, they give you your keys and you're good to go pick up your car. Also, I think you get a discount if you make an appointment online. I'm not sure if its a new feature but one thing I really did appreciate is that when they're done with your service, they actually text you a link to see of what they checked and what needs to be worked on. That was nice for next time I make an appointment! Overall, great and easy experience!

My regular mechanic (personal friend) is closing his business in Kalihi and I was only doing Wheel alignment with Lex Brodie Kalihi but I will now do all my repairs and Tire purchases with Lex Brodie Honolulu because I live about a half mile from the Queen Street Shop and have had pleasant experiences the two times I took my car to the Honolulu Shop the past year.

I have always been pleased with the service and workmanship when I have to take my car in to check for a leak or replace my tires. I have taken several of my cars to Lex Brodie. This time I took my car in to check for a slow leak and they found a screw. The staff at Aiea was very helpful and friendly and I like that they acknowledge you by your name, when you come in and leave.
