Been coming here for years mostly due to hours and convenience. They've frustrated the hell out of me multiple times but I keep coming back because of local values and customer service. I could elaborate on both but I don't have the time right now. This morning I brought BOTH my cars in. Both had nails in one tire each. These guys waived the charge for both cars, even one that had the factory tires still installed. Apparently I've been a pretty loyal customer so they took care of me. WHEN does this kind of service ever occur at a business with this many employees? Plus we are in the midst of a lockdown pandemic right now. Unreal. All I know is although they do some bone headed things from time to time they have always gone above and beyond to appreciate their customers and make things right. Now I just wish they would allow no reservation oil changes and I'd switch to them from Jiffy Lub ---------- Updated: Had A LOT of things wrong with my work van so I took it to a proper mechanic. One of the things they did was a full break job. Last break job I did was at Lex. My mechanic texted me: "Ok whoever worked on it before put the spring for the rear brakes upside down. It was having a hard time coming apart. They messed it up good but it fine now." Had to pay extra labor to deal with Lex's screw up. This morning I brought van in to replace two front tires. I asked them to verify they did the last break job. They said they did. Showed them my mechanic's text. Basically they shrugged it off. No apology no nothing. Kinda disappointed. Basically I would still use them for tires, alignment, oil change but anything remotely complicated I would take to a real mechanic. I thought about subtracting 2 stars but due to previous good experiences I've had in bumping them down to 4 stars.
