Needed a new set of tires. Normally, I go to Costco but could not get an appointment. Been many years but gave Lex a try. Not disappointed. Online appointment, check-in was quick, and they completed work within 10 minutes of the estimated time quoted. They even price matched the price I had with Costco with very similar value adds. I am extremely happy with the whole experience and got Hawaiian Miles on top of it!

I had a great experience with the Aiea location so I decided to give the Queen St location a chance. It was well worth a trip. I needed new windshield wipers. It was raining this morning and I turned on the wipers. Mid-swipe and the wiper breaks. I thought it might fly off the car so I stopped using them. I called the Queen Street location and they take walk-ins. I stopped by and they looked at the problem. They would need to order the windshield wipers so they referred me to a local shop to purchase. They told me to return and they would put them on for me at no charge. I returned and they did as promised. I found out they are a local, employee owned company that gives great customer service.
