If you are on tight schedule this place is not right for you.workers take their times but cannot help they get pay base hourly. Waited almost 4 hrs for my appointment for oil change and car still hasn’t work on it yet. I have to ask for my car back then they tell me to wait another 30 minutes so they will get my car done. So it mean they can do it in 30 minutes but they don’t want to. They are busy with the big $$$ job. Hard to find good businesses in the island. This place only good if you have all day of waiting.

Please email your invoice number to [email protected] Did you call for your appointment? Or did you use our online appointment tool to set? On our online appointment tool we highlight our “Core Services” (tires, tire emergencies, batteries, safety checks, suspension, alignments, brakes)… Then we share / show our “Add On” services (oil changes, AC, engine dio, ext) that our customers asked us to add… so we did! (And we are happy to do so!) Since we pretty much always have full racks (as we spread out appointments and work in drop off and walk in services) we have a “Next Rack Up” appointment process. Typically, when customers show up, for their oil change appointments our racks are full. Thus, we set the Next Rack Up for “Waiting”Appointment process /goal. But, there can be issues and delays that can arise (such as wipers needed, frozen drain plugs, time consuming light bulbs to replace, ect.) thus we ask our customers to schedule up to 2 1/2 hours to complete thier oil change, but our goal is ASAP!!! When that time is missed, our team member should have kept you informed and provided a minimum $20 discount from our Completion Time Promise (if we missed a waiting appointment completion time by 2 1/2 hours, it should have been $40). If your appointment was a “Drop off” appointment, we ask our customers to plan for up to 4 hours to complete (with the goal ASAp!!) Please share your invoice number, name the appointment was under, if you had a waiting appointment and we’ll look into ASAP!! (If you had a waiting appointment, please also share your mailing address for the Completion Time Promise). Please accept our apologies for this frustratingly long visit.
