This review is about their tire service! I just learned this week that if you need to adjust the air pressure for your tires, you can take it to Lex Brodies (during working hours of course) and they will help you for free. Pull up to the right hand side of shop by the air pump. Someone will come and use their digital reader air pump on all four tires and make sure it is at the right amount. This totally beats going to a gas station and hunting for 6 quarters to activate their air pump! I also learned this week that when your tire picks up a nail or screw, they will remove and plug as a free service! Just wanted to share this in case you didn't know (tho you probably already know and are thinking what rock has she been under?!).

My car has been slowly leaking air for a year but no one could ever figure out the root cause. I was in dire need for 4 new tires for my Lexus NX 300. I walked into Lex Brodie's and was greeted by Kyle Arakaki. He was very professional and friendly. He replaced my tires with Michelins. He explained the current sale and I was updated via text on their progress of my service. The waiting room was comfortable to wait for my car and before I new it, my tires and alignment were done. Our last visit was not up to their 5-star service but I'm happy to report they did everything right this time! Greeted as soon as I arrived and received an update through email as well as my phone. Very thorough with the complete analysis of my car provided. They send you an analysis as to what needs urgent repair and what we should maybe check at the next appointment. When I picked up the car, we received very friendly service! LOVE our LEX BRODIE!!!

I called a day earlier, agent on the phone said they’re completely booked for the day but they are open 7 in the morning the next day so I can just bring my car anytime after 7. I arrived 7:15, agent asked what time was my appointment? I told her I called the day before and was told to just bring my car in anytime after 7. Agent was annoyed and told me she can’t tell how long I will have to wait since they will take care customers with appointments first. If you call and got told they are booked, make sure you demand a next day appointment rather than letting them telling you to just come next day anytime.
