Gerard was my service advisor, he was great! He was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I was told I needed services at the dealer that I didn’t need. I found LB to be an honest place which is really refreshing. Ben helped me when I picked up the car. A lot of Aloha here!

Service provided by Mr. COP was excellent. Prior to replacing my two front tires, he notified me that my two front hub caps were degraded and would break apart upon removal. Since I needed to replace the tires, I gave him the permission to remove the hub caps. He takes his work seriously to provide the best service for his customers. His customer relationship is outstanding.

so i have been coming to lex brodies for over 5 years because of ferdinand balcemeda who provided the best customer service to me, my family, and friends. i was extremely sad to find out that he does not work there anymore for reasons i do not know of, but he was the only reason why i brought my vehicles there. mr. balcemeda was the main reason i came to this location and unfortunately i will need to look elsewhere for a new mechanic that can provide the same amazing customer service as he did. i cant express how much of a loss it is to lose such a great employee from my perspective and he will be missed.
