Purchased 2yr Alignment performed, Satisfactory !

From my initial call talking with Leimomi Solon, to the assistant manager Brooke Tubania, to the guys that replaced my tires and wheel alignment this was the best service ever. Simple to make reservation, and the guys did the work faster than expected. Will go back for all my auto work.

Thank you for having a variety of appointment times, a working online system, desk staff who listened, mechanics who took the extra time for a longer test drive to make sure there were no further problems, and for not adding extra uneeded services, solid before and after work hours, and reasonable prices. The whole diagnostic and repair service was smooth. Car problems are always a hassle, we appreciate the Lex Brodie team for making it less of one.

I went there for just wheel allignment had an appointment time. I stayed and waited inside their waiting rm I thought it will take only an hr coz had an appointment time but not I waited for over 3 hrs. till they brought my car. On e more thing and I panic they couldn't find my car . I think someone went to park far not s visible area. So I waited more minutes at the front. But anyway, not a good experience. I had to call and cancel my meeting because of the long wait.

Gerard was my service advisor, he was great! He was very nice and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. I was told I needed services at the dealer that I didn’t need. I found LB to be an honest place which is really refreshing. Ben helped me when I picked up the car. A lot of Aloha here!

Overall experience was very satifactory. I will certainly continue use Lex Brodie's as my goto station !!
