My tire had a nail in it and needed repair asap. Fox and his incredible team at Kaneohe Lex Brodie's responded immediately and efficiently! I walked in at 9:00am and asked if repair could be done by 11:00 as I had an appointment at 12:00 in Kakaako. Fox quickly considered his workload and fit me in!!! We were out the door with a repaired tire by 9:55am!! Grateful to this hard working team!! Much aloha to you folks.

Scheduled my oil change and tire rotation with a drop off at 1:30 and pick up at 5pm. I didn’t receive a call so I called to ask if my car was ready at 5:15. They told me that there was a delay and they aren’t done with it yet. They didn’t give an expected time just that they’d call. At 5:54 I received a call from a girl who said “your car is ready for pick up but we close at 6”. Giving me only 6 mins to rush to lex brodies to make sure I could get my car. Not considerate at all and quite rude! Considering it was their fault they were running late they should have called earlier to let me know that my car will be ready for pick up at 6 and to head over so I can pick it up before they close. Additionally, the next day while driving my car my hub cap flew off because the person servicing my car didn’t put it on properly. The person driving in the back of me let me know and I went to look for it but wasn’t able to find it!

The customer service was great. However, I had a couple of issues. They completed the oil change and tire rotation with no problem. But now my low tire pressure gauge is going off and I can't reset it even though the tire pressure is normal. I asked them to look into why my steering wheel was sticking and they just referred me to the dealership. If I knew they would do that, I would have just taken it to the dealership and had everything done in one visit.

We have good experiences with Lex Brodie's and are repeat customers. They are always quick and efficient.
