Big shout out to Cooper at Waipahu Lex Brodie!!! I used to surf with old man Lex at canoes surf break Waikiki and would enjoy talking story with him, very personable gentleman with a huge Aloha spirit. Bless his soul, he would be so proud of the guys at Waipahu! Needed a flat tired repaired and Cooper was very professional, even finding a key that I dropped while trying to separate the truck key from the house key. The guys patched our front tire and replaced the spare back underneath. All this while we watched Disney channel in their air conditioned waiting room. They also had the best tasting coffee I have had in a long while. They were very fast and before we knew it, we were called in by a very respectful receptionist and I couldn't believe the reasonable price that they charged. Once again, a big Mahalo for a job well done.

They LIED about the time it will take for a tire leak check. They said it would take 4 hours to check a tire leak, but then it took ALL DAY. If they didn't have the time to check it why not just be straight up about it in the first place? I would rethink this place if you decide to take some time off of work, you don't want your boss mad at you cause you gotta take extra time off all of a sudden... because you the one that will look like a liar.

Had to get a well over-due safety check - online appointment was super easy and convenient to make. Maile was friendly, efficient and accommodating; thanks a bunch! Would recommend.

Another update! 2022 was the year of car repairs for me. I had a loud clunking noise coming from my car when going over bumps. I figured it was the shocks/struts. 1) made an appointment online, easy peasy. It even sends you text alerts/reminders prior to your appointment. 2) brought my car in. Luckily they are close to my home so I was able to walk back. They needed to do a test drive prior to to confirm the issue, so I had a feeling it would take a while. 3) they had my car ready for pickup at the end of the next day. I had let them know I was going to work late and couldn't pick up before 6pm, so they held it until the next day. Don't forget to mention the Yelp Check-in discount! Thank you very much Lex Brodie's on Queen. We love it here! Reliable, friendly and reasonably priced.
