Took our 08 Honda Accord to the Pearl Ridge location to fix TPMS light and replace struts. Office team was very knowledgeable about the repair work and parts needed. I was happy to learn that they use good quality replacement parts. Work was done in the time promised and for the fair quoted estimate.

I took the truck in to have all the brake lines, brake hoses, and master cylinder replaced, instead they only wanted to replace a portion of one line which ruptured and one damaged hose and leave all of the other corroded parts on the truck to eventually cause another breakdown. Instead I performed all the work myself.

While getting a safety check done, I needed to get new tires to replace old ones. The salesperson was able to get tires sent from Honolulu and the job was completed in reasonable amount of time. No hard-sell; just helpful, friendly, and got the job done.

Another excellent experience at Lex Brodie's Kaneohe. Got four great tires and alignment cheaper than what Costco quoted me. I made an appointment and they finished on time.
