Great service!

When I went on 12/03/2022 they were very busy. Every parking stall was taken so I parked near the tire change station. I told they workers I was going inside and they gave me a thumbs up. I went to the count and told them that I had a flat tire in my trunk and would like to see if they could patch it or if it needed to be replaced. They told me it needed to be replaced because there were cuts in the sidewall. I asked if I could leave the rim behind and come back later and they said yes. I was called back a few hours later and they changed the spare and even put everything back nicely in the truck!!! So awesome. They are great!!

I always go to you guys for tires and service for all 3 of my vehicles. Yesterday I was in a special bind. Safety check expired and also reg. City hall said I needed to get fail safety then go back to city hall for reg then back to get safety check. I was in a rush and your staff expedited my safety and explained the process and situation. They totally took care of me and I was out in a jiffy and back for safety after having to go get my reg. They made a irritating and frustrating situation very pleasant. Your staff is one of the reasons I keep going back to you guys!! I only wish I had gotten their names. In my rush I totally forgot. The girl was super friendly and accommodating and thorough. The guy was totally awesome....dropped everything and told me he'd take care of it. Those 2 were awesome and I greatly appreciate their quickness and amazing service!!!!

I'm giving Lex brodie's 1 star I would like to give them 5 stars because Lex brodie's use to be a 5 star company but in the last year the service has really gotten bad Even the way my car is given back to me is as if they don't care. I never thought I would ever receive such bad service at Lex brodie's because they use to pride themselves on having amazing service and I can say yes they use to have amazing service. I have always stayed with Lex brodies because the service I used to receive was amazing and I would tell everyone I know even people I just meet while I'm working about how amazing Lex brodie's is. I NO longer can say Lex brodie's is amazing in the last year I have had the worst service ever from Lex brodie's which makes me so sad. I hope Lex brodie's will get there company back to how it once was because I really don't want to go else where but I will go where I can get good service.

Manager Jack and his assistant Leimomi presented me with very warm and professional acknowledgement immediately upon entering store. Explained what needed to be done on my vehicle with reasonable pricing for tires and lifetime brake service. Job completed in timely manner. I appreciated being a valued customer of their branch of Lex Brodie and will repeat my visits. Thank you...very much!
