First off, this place should not receive a star. I have to put one star before i can post, but at this time, it's not deservable. Before you go here, please check your receipt before you leave. On 11/22/22, my neice took my aunty car in for a $30 safety check inspection. Due to water in her front right light, it had to be changed before completing the safety inspection. The sale rep advised her that the labor and cost would be $190, which is for the part and labor for the light. That would bring the full total to $220 (w/safety check fee), and the change was going to take 2 hours. It took 3 hours, once she was provided the invoice, her bill was $390, and when she questioned the extra costs, your employees were out of place. A Polynesian female worker told my niece "why you no just say you don't have the money to pay" then she continued to say "you no more one man that's why you cannot pay" is this how you treat your customers? My niece had to pick up her daughter from school, so she needed the car regardless. She again questioned the extra fees in which you charged her double labor fee's, the lady behind her was standing in line for extra charges as well. She asked for a supervisor and a filipino guy. He allowed the ladies to continue talking rudely to my neice, and he advised them to just swipe her card so she could leave. Again, the question is, why were there extra charges that were not discussed prior to the service done? No service should be done without my knowing or approval. Your supervisor allowed your workers to talk to my niece like that. If I was present I would have called the cops, this is not the end of it, and to hold the car from my niece because she didn't want to pay for fees that should have not been on there is messed up, if it wasn't for her having to pick up her daughter we would be standing in your building settling this unforseen mis charge. She had no choice but to pay!!! Still she has no idea why she was charged $170 more then what the sales rep told her, we would have directed her else where if we knew the price was $390, this is a rip off, your other stores quoted around $200 to 230 price range for the same service and safety inspection fee. Lastly, to have your 3 polynesian women workers tell my niece they finish work at one certain time to beat her up is nonsense. My number is 808-343-9292, I would like to speak to your manager and get back falsifying charges on your workers' (supervisors) behalf. It's a Shame that you allow your workers to treat people this way, especially when they are paying for services, you not the only one work hard for your monies, if you were told to pay $170 more than what you were quoted on a bill wouldn't you ask the same question she did, would you have just paid the $170 not knowing what your paying? Make it right and do the right thing, ripping off people is not the way too go, especially during the holidays!
