It was a very busy Saturday afternoon when I walked in my wife's car with screw in the front tire. My service provider Kapua was very professional and gave me several options including dropping off the tire and returning tomorrow. I decided to wait. She squeezed me in and the work was completed within the time promised. Thank you Kapua!

I’ll begin by saying I am very happy with the people who work on the cars. However, some of your current front office workers are not very well trained. A request to send me a description of what repair needs to be done was never sent to us.

Nothing was done . A mechanic said we can't deal with the car dying so take it somewhere else.

My initial rating was based on the inspection report needs attention section. I just checked the battery terminals this morning. It appears that you did clean the terminals. Does it need further cleaning? If not, it would have been helpful if you had stated that it was cleaned in the remarks section. I will make another appointment to get this done if it does need further cleaning. Thank you for doing a super job taking care of both our cars.
