Had an 8 am appointment for front brake inspection/repair. Brought vehicle in at that time and was told I would be contacted with results of inspection and cost of repair. Was never contacted by rep as to status even after texting (10:48 am) and calling (12:00 pm). Person who took call said would have my rep call me back with status. No call. Returned to repair facility at 3:40 pm to find out what was going on and pick up vehicle. Saw rep. Says vehicle was still waiting to be inspected. I asked why no follow up to my text and call and repeated vehicle yet to be inspected. No care attitude. Appears that his shift was ending and he left premises. A person named Jack stepped in, apologized for the other guys “ poor attitude”, and gave me an estimate on repair cost. He also gave me gas cards for the inconvenience I was put through. I would have given a 0 rating if it wasn’t for Jack. I have been a customer of LB for over 25 years and the service has always been very good. Jack represented the type of service I was accustomed too whenever I brought my vehicle to LB.
