Easy online appointment scheduling and Maile was so friendly and helpful when I came in to service my car @ the Queen St. location. Got my car tires rotated & balanced for FREE as per their awesome Lifetime Tire Service Package when you purchase tires from Lex Brodie's. Also got my safety check done and they also replaced a tire pressure monitor part that was out for the longest time that no other car service shop offered to replace! Great job to the Lex Brodie's team!!

Lately, your service been failing me. I always thought so highly of the service. But the latest been very disappointed when taking it back to have a battery checked that was giving me so many problems that were replaced. Only to be told that the battery was good and maybe an electrical or starter problem. I almost purchased a new starter. But found to be a bad battery. Radio, clock, doors and lift gate had to relearn after jumping battery to start the vehicle. The battery would go flat dead after 15 minutes. No problem with new battery, Now having radio problems in holding memory now. Just wish a better job in checking battery.

I was really happy to find this place in Honolulu. I was worried that my brake pads needed replacing, but they told me the pads were fine and they just needed to resurface the rotors. They also fixed the exhaust shield which was making a rattling sound for free! I was expecting to pay 300+ dollars for new pads, rotors, etc... but ended up only paying about $30 dollars. What a relief! The place is very big and easy to find, and there is a large, air-conditioned waiting room with a TV, wifi, and phone charger. It's not luxurious by any means, but absolutely appreciated. Meile was really helpful and explained things to me (a non-car person) in a way that I could easily understand. The only negative thing I might say is that the inspection took longer than they said it would take (they said hour and a half but it took three hours for them to call me) and they don't necessarily call you right when things are done. This extra little bit would have earned a 5 star rating. So, pro tip, you should expect to make plans to walk to Starbucks or something while you wait for your car to get fixed, and you should also call them after a couple of hours to check on the progress. But the main thing, and the most important thing, is that they seem to be honest with you and don't try to get you to fix and pay for things that don't need to be fixed. I'll come back to Lex Brodies next time I need work done on my SUV.
