Very good service

Got an email from my car dealership that I was due for an oil change & tire rotation . Because I had 4 new tires installed at Lex's last year& my car isn't under warranty anymore anyway- I decided to call & inquire about doing service here instead . The gal on the phone told me they could do it for literally half the price ! She was so friendly & helpful and got me an appointment straightaway. On the morning of my appointment, Kevin was my service attendant. He checked me in timely & kept me updated on the status of my vehicle . After service was completed & I began to drive away, I noticed a "thumping" sound - as if something was stuck on one of my tires . I circled back around & Kevin literally laid down on the ground and found the culprit ( a piece of metal something or other - nothing sharp or of any consequence ). The thing I appreciate the most about Lex Brodie's is the customer service, friendliness & positive attitudes of all the employees I have ever come into contact with. I remember this place from when I was a little kid & I am one hundred percent for supporting LOCAL BUSINESS $$ Mahalo, all !

Into the Queen Street store on a busy Saturday - online appointment for 0930 A.M. drop off with a scheduled 1:30 P.M. pickup. Called in less than an hour to say my car was finished & ready to be picked up. Great - quick service that is genuinely appreciated. Superb customer service yet again! Thank you!

Fantastic customer service and work~

We had a rent a car from budget and on the second day got a massive nail into one of the tires. Budget was pretty unhelpful and adviced us to come back to the airport where they might be able to replace the car. However as we spend probably 2 hours in line getting rhe car, we really didn't want to go through that again. So we ended up here. Super friendly. Quick service. They were able to plug the tire on a Sunday morning. Good upcoming neighborhood to look around while we waited for our repair. 20 Usd for the fix was not expensive either.

I made an appointment online to have my brake rotors checked and replaced, if needed. There was no charge for the brake check and they promptly contacted me for all updates. I ended up needed caliper replacements - parts they had to order. My car was ready a few hours after they opened the following day. Fantastic service and no pressure to purchase what you don't need.
