If you have not taken your car to this shop, you should. I tried to think of what this shop is like. I think I have an analogy: In the islands there is a requirement that you have a water sport. Mine is outrigger (6 man) racing. In a canoe, everyone has a job to do. You do your job without talking. Only the steers man talks. We paddle in sync (timing). We paddle hard, eyes front and in the canoe. You will find this shop is like one big canoe. My car would not start so I had it towed to this shop at 4pm. The shop closes at 6 and so I was asked to leave the car over night since there was not enough time to get my car looked at. My brother in law picked me up at 4:30 and before I got home at 5:15, in traffic, I got a call from the shop confirming I needed a starter motor. I authorized them to do the work the next day. At 7:15 am I got a call from the shop letting me know my car was ready for pick up! If you do not think that is amazing, I do! Take your car to this shop. BTW, I have never had them have to repeat a job. It is done right the first time.
