Jim Baldauf is da man! All the good stuff about his great service is one thing but above all, I wholeheartedly trust him! I can’t even count the years he has helped me. I’ve mentioned this before and that’s why when he was at the Waipahu location, I drove all the way there to get my car serviced! I also know in part, the reason why Jim can provide such awesome service is because of the utmost team work at the Queen Street location . Thank you very much!

tire was fixed on time as usual.

My vehicle came in with metal valve stems and no dash lights. After the tire install I had dadh lights due to TPS sensors that were noted to not be tampered with. Metal stems are required for my wheels and TPS system. Additionally, I have aluminum wheels which now have corrossive lead weights lined on the outside for balance. This is unprofessional and cheap. Service advisors are awesome however. Time to replace was quick. Would recommend however specify exactly what you want done.

I have been a customer for Lex Brodie for so many years and years. Because of the employees loyalty to their customers, I always go to them for service specially when it comes for service on tires. I have never gone to other tire companies and I'll remaine as their loyal customer too.
