Brought my car in for service today and everything turned out great! Everyone i encountered at Lex Brodie's was awesome! This place sure beats windward Hyundai Chrysler dodge, whom suck! I have given them one star on a few occasions, but things never seem to change and I always get the felling they don't really care. They constantly have high turnover and every few months I would bring my car in for service, I'd always see someone new. They also tend to be pushy as well! I've worked for a few companies and one thing is for sure, it all starts at the top and trickles down. I can say this because I actually worked at windward dodge Chrysler jeep back in the day when the present service director was a technician. Let's just say he's a clown and I get the feeling he's at the top because he's a brown noser! Anyway, I tend to return to lex Brodie's again in the near future when my car is in need of service! I ran into Lex Brodie's a few months ago when I got a flat tire right down the road on south street and they were very accommodating then, which is why I decided to return. It's ironic, but I'm actually happy I got a flat tire back then now that I look at it!

The crew at Lex Brodies were quick, efficient and did a great job! my car was checked in with no issues and in a very timely fashion, as well as when I came to pick my car up! it was clean and running properly and I couldn't have asked for anything more! what's great (as well) is that whenever I call in with questions about services, advice (on tire issues in the past), or anything else related to my car (and previous vehicles), they've always been very professional, efficient, and I've never felt like they were just trying to make money off of me. Instead I've trusted them and will continue to do so!
