I had a flat that needed repair. Not only was it done well but there was no charge. Outstanding service.

I just thought everyone there was awesome, especially the big and tall dude whom I felt was welcoming and attentive! There is nothing like being addressed a second time after you've already been helped. No one wants to stand around longer than a minute without at least being greeted. I'm pretty hardcore when it comes to service because Im in the service sector myself. My experience today was perfect and look forward to returning again in the near future!

Lex Brodie's USE to be the best. But my last few experiences with them have been disappointing. 2 hours to do an alignment, left my steering cover dirty, the paper left on the floor. Before they would also give you the adjustments made, but I had to ask for it the last 2 times. As soon as I turned out of their parking lot, I could feel the grit on my steering wheel cover. By the time I got home, my hands were black. The last time, my car was done but they failed to notify me. I waited until I felt like this is way too long. So I called and found out the car had been ready for some time (don't remember how long). If things don't improve, I'll be looking elsewhere for service in the future.

Excellent service. I brought my car in for tire rotation and to have one of the tires patched. I was told it would be done in 1. 5 hours. About 20 minutes later they told me it was all done, with no charge. Friendly, fast, and efficient.

Hubby took his car in with a flat tire. He said that although they were busy, the service was excellent! High praise, coming from him!
