i would give zero stars if that were a choice. had 10 a.m. appt for tire rotation, balance, alignment. gina checked in car and said it would take 2 hours. i told her i would wait in lounge. after 3 hours, at 1 p.m., i went to check. hannah said she didn't know where car was. she referred me to marie. marie checked; said nothing; started to unpack parts from a box and walked away. i followed marie and asked her for information. she referred me to gerard (manager). he sent someone to look on lot for car. car located and moved to front area. gerard said he couldn't find paperwork on work performed. he said service was performed although there was no paperwork available to document. he told me i could leave w/my car. then key had to be located. gerard had no explanation for situation. he agreed when i said i could have been sitting in the lounge till 5 p.m. and no one would have come to tell me about car. he said that "missing" paperwork is a "problem with the system" because without paperwork, status of car is unknown. he gave me $30 cash for "promise time guarantee." when i said i was not happy, he offered $50 gift card. entire experience was VERY unsatisfactory. none of the four people i talked to seemed to know what was going on and what to do. each of them, until gerard, also passed the buck and walked away without letting me know what was going on. i pay more for new tires at lex brodie than at costco (which is more conveniently located only half a mile from my house) because lex brodie offers service by appointment and because it offers on-site alignment. i probably won't return to lex brodie after today - the $50 gift card, therefore, is useless to me.
