Oil Change and Tire rotation: Though there turned out to be a problem with my oil change, I want to put out notice that Robert of Lex Brodies did a fantastic job of fixing the problem and resolving my concerns. He went above and beyond to make sure "I" the customer was satisfied and I am. At first I had concerns and was looking at a bad review but Robert made right by me and I would recommend them to my friends. Thank you Robert for taking care of me and making my truck like new. Lex Brodies has their work streamlined to a highly efficient service. I scheduled my car for a safety check, arrived within my appointment window and my car was ready within 20 minutes. The new sticker was in the right rear bumper and I left with no major hiccups in my afternoon commute out of downtown.

I had an 8:00 appointment but they weren't able to begin my safety check until 9:30...???

They stood by their work, tire monitor sensor was apparently damaged and alignment was drifting to the right after I bought 4 new tires and alignment. I emailed Jordan and he stood by the work. I brought it back and they corrected the problems no charge. I applaud their commitment to quality work. I grew up working in a repair garage and know my way around cars so I am impressed when I don't get silly excuses and disinformation.
