Service to the car was completed before the end of the business day w/out an appointment being scheduled in advance & a cost discount was provided for AAA membership but 6 hours & 45 minutes was needed before the payment was processed & the car was able to be driven from the Queen St. location. Thanks.

Professional job and great costumer service

The cost at Lex Brodies was comparable to that of Costco, and it was much more convenient to schedule an appointment over the phone and online at Lex Brodies. However, I was disappointed when I arrived for my appointment and heard that the tires I needed were unavailable. When I informed the the person at the desk that the person I spoke to on the phone said the tires were in stock, he did offer to bring the tires from a different branch. It added an extra two hours to the wait time, though.

Was not impressed with the customer service at the Honolulu location, so i took my business to Firestone. My business was appeciated at Firestone.

The crew was very attentive and helpful. I had my 4 tires 2 struts and 2 shocks replaced. In 2 1/2 hours. I was a walk in. Good sales crew not pushing to up sell. I told them I didn't want the cheapest nor did I want the heavy duty, and I got the in between. Price and product was good.

Service was super, but the price seems to high for repairing the hole in the tire ($53).

Friendly people and good service. We took our car in because it stalls on the road almost every time we drive it. The mechanics checked it out and said nothing was wrong. This check they did for free so they asked us to come back the next day so they can for a thorough check which they charge for. Turns out our battery just want performing so we just replaced it and it's been running fine since.
