Did have to wait for a while at counter to be acknowledged. After work was complete and making payment, had to ask about guarantee of tires. After which sales rep told of rewards program.

Great experience at LexBrodies. Took my car in on 1/14/17 because I had a nail in my tire. Cooper and Randy worked on my car and found not 1 but 2 nails in my tire. They were so honest and told me the nails did not go all the way through and did not puncture the tire deep enough to cause a flat tire. I was happy about that but the good news was No Charge! All the work Randy did to take off the tire, check and double check for punctures, put the tire back on, make sure the rest of the tires had correct air pressure and told his supervisor Cooper the truth that there were no punctures was very impressive. These people were polite and honest. Their service was wonderful. I know for sure I will go back to Lex Brodie's when I want good service for my car! I give them 5 stars!!! Aloha, Maryann

I was very pleased with the service I got yesterday took me right in and got me out with in 2 hours.

Dropped my car off a little before 9:00 appt for a safety check. As I was having breakfast at a nearby shop, I received a call at 9:06 that my car was ready! I walked back, paid, and my car was delivered to me. Such such excellent service!

I delivered a flat tire to be patched and left for work. I got a quick call saying there is a gash in the tire. There were able to text me pictures. The new tire was put on quickly at a reasonable price. nice friendly service and patient.

One of our car tires had a little leak. Today was a holiday, and most places are closed. Luckily, this place was open. We brought in our car at 9am, and it was ready before 11am. Friendly staff, fast service, smooth transaction, and with Yelp 15% percent discount, we paid only $19 dollars. That is an awesome deal!

Brought my Mazda in for tire rotation/balancing and oil change. Excellent service and customer service too. Mechanics checked my whole car out and reported deficiencies as well as status of tires and brakes. This is my new go to place for auto servicing!!
