Came here due to great yelp reviews and proximity to my apartment. Got an oil change and advice that my battery might die soon, but no pressure to change it out, which was nice. The only scare that detracted from my experience was that the guy who helped me close out the invoice thought the battery change quote was an actually performed service and briefly made me think that the battery had been changed out and I needed to pay it out when I'd only asked for a quote! Luckily the manager came and rectified that misunderstanding right away. I'd still come back for other auto services. I believe Lex Brodie's is reputable and I'd pay a little more than other auto shops for the convenience to home!

Once again, an overall good experience especially with multiple services performed: safety check, oil change, alignment, tire rotation & balance, A/C service and new battery. Dropped off my 2004 Tacoma at 9:30 and it was ready by 2:00. Truly a 1-stop shop! Only complaints: insurance card and registration were returned oil smudged and a little crumpled, and at check-in, the salesperson did not look at all the Lex Brodie coupons I had brought. When picking up my truck, I had to ask another salesperson about an additional coupon, which turned out to save me an additional $54! Perhaps sales staff could be more informed of current promotions and offers.
