Upon my arrival I was assisted by Cooper and he was super friendly, I felt genuine Aloha from him. He immediately saw to my service needs which was a safety check, and I was literally in and out within an hour. Working reps like Cooper will keep me returning for service. Mahalos! !

The service is quick!

I was really disappointed with the customer service when I called to set up an appointment a week in advance. I was uncertain whether or not my appointment was set. I received a call telling me I had to reschedule. When trying to set up a new time they told me just come in the morning and we will make something happen but not sounding confident. All I wanted was a service check and oil change. Overall not very satisfied and will consider different options next time my car needs work.
