The service at the Honolulu store was great. The alignment problem I had been having for over a year has now been repaired. No more shimmy and shake which another company had been unable to remedy. The frontend service personnel were very efficient in checking me in and out, answering questions before and after. service was very good. before i could get out of my car a service person was there asking me what kind of service i was there for. in previous appointments i has to wait at the service counter to get service. the longer the wait the more uncomfortable it got. So meeting the customer before he gets to the counter is much appreciated.
