Representatives were very thorough and very friendly from beginning to the end. Even the drivers took care of the car and didn't forget to place the next date of the next oil change.

Service was good. Car was returned on time as promised. The only suggestions are that to try not to leave all oil stains and marks on thresholds of driver doors, put back tire locks in trunk where you found them instead of leaving lock nut wrench in cup holder.

I took my car for the first time to Lex Brodies and it was a good experience. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The work was completed quickly and with ease.

I forgot all about my safety check being due in June. It was June 30, 2021; scrambled to get a place to complete the safety check. Called Lex Brodie's in Pearlridge and Jesse (I believe his name was); told me to bring the vehicle down and leave it with them for the day. Great for me as I work close to Cutter Ford Aiea. I dropped my vehicle off and my Safety Check was completed half day. Thank you so much for understanding and allowing me to get my safety check done on June 30, 2021; the deadline of the month. Excellent service and customer service was also great/awesome!
