I had an 8am appt., first of the day, to rotate and balance my tires. At 10am I went to ask what was happening. At that point I saw my truck just backing out of it's parking spot. I watched for a bit as the tech rotated my tires. In about 15min I was notified the truck was ready. I asked about the balancing. I was told it was done and I said, no, I watched the tires rotate with no balancing. So it went back on the rack. While I waited I called to speak to a manager. I explained what had happened to me and hoped that it wouldn't happen to anyone else. In another 15min the manager I had spoken to brought me my keys and apologized for the experience. He didn't have to do that. It showed class. He said next time I schedule a rotation to tell them what happened this time.
