My tire needed to be replaced because of a nail in the sidewall. It took over 3 hours to repair..

I’ve been going to Lex Brodie for the last 4 years, they have always been helpful with all of their services. I will continue to go to them.

Tire was replaced fairly quickly, but when I came back to have it installed. Nobody was available to do it. Had to wait.

A flat tire to kick off an extremely busy work week was the cherry on top to make me want to rip all of my hair out, drop down on both my knees, and scream at the sky: "whyyyyyyy?!" Thank goodness for local businesses like Lex Brodie's for their quick, convenient, and overall incredible service to make life a little less crazy. My family and I have been coming here for year's for all of our tire and car needs. I remember being a child and coming here to fill up gas (before they got rid of their gas station). I'll also add that I've never been much of a car person, ever... So much so, that most often than not, I pretend like I understand cars just so I can feel little less insecure about not knowing anything at all--I mean c'mon, my tires were literally hanging on for dear life, worn down, cracked... the whole shabang. However, when I'm here I know I can let down my guard because I know that I am in good hands--my family and I have trusted Lex Brodie's to care for our cars for as long as I can remember. Jack and Kevin and the true MVPs when it comes to quality service. I stopped by and dropped off my car early in the morning and they were there to greet me with a smile--granted it was like 6:45am... Who is that friendly at such early hours?! These guys! Jack inspected my tires and also made some great suggestions on what I should do regarding my flat and tire future. I dropped off my car just before 7:00am, was out of there by 7:15am and they called me to let me know my car was ready by noon! Like their old commercials used to say: "THANK YOU VERY MUCH!"

Great service. I especially love the two year alignment warranty. That means I get 4 alignment check and adjustment for two years. In Honolulu the roads are bad and throw your alignment off as soon as you drive your car.
