My first time here and they had my car in and out for my safety check in practically 20 min! Also didn't know they had a rewards program so now I'm definitely coming back here to get my next oil change 🤙🏻

Took in my two rims to get new tires on them and got quoted two and a half hours, $430 dollars. Paid for it and called back two and a half hours later and nobody seemed to know what I was talking about got hung up in my face, called back, then got quoted another hour, obviously forgotten about. I wait another hour then go in to pick them up and they still had not even started the tires, and quoted me another hour at least. I left the shop and got right down the street and decided I want my money back so call not even five minutes after I leave the shop and told them DO NOT DO THE TIRES IM COMING BACK FOR MY REFUND. The lady who was already rude and sounding like she didn’t care for what I was saying said, “I hear you” get back to the shop 5 minutes later and the tires are of course done on the fly after I said no. Lol, this was the shittiest most pathetic excuse for customer service I’ve ever seen. After paying over $400 and they can’t even honor the quote they gave me, or even seem the least bit sorry for keeping me waiting around the area for 4 1/2 hours. I’ve never felt more disregarded and disrespected as a customer for anything ever. Garbage place will never see my face again.

Although it took longer than expected one hour and 1/2, they have a comfortable waiting room, vending machines, and restroom close by.
