Another stellar job by this team! I, unfortunately, failed my safety because of a cracked tail light - maile (I hope that's her name) hooked it up and told me to order it from Amazon instead of through them ora dealership, which saved me roughly $300 just for the part! Then I spazzed out and left my registration at the initial apt. Came back a week later to have it installed, and ALMOST failed safety again because (of course) I didn't have my registration. Kevin to the friggin rescue, didn't let me leave and found it right as I was getting in my car and about to leave!!! So grateful!! Killer guys.

The people and service is outstanding. Had a small leak on one of my tires and they couldn't find the leak but they took the time to check every possibilities for the leak. It took about an hour of their time and I didn't get charged for the service.

I have been a customer of Lex Brodie's for decades , and have always found them honest and the best ever on all levels . That's why i always go back to them and always will . It would be a very sad day if they ever closed . When they say their work is guaranteed , It's absolutely true .

After a rough morning of non-starting vehicle -- TL was able to get me in and diagnose situation very quickly --- him and the technicians were able to get the tires rotated and oil changed and safety all done -- on a walk in! Customer service here is the best -- from when you walk in the door to when you walk out -- really appreciate it!

Made appointment, Sunday morning. All 4 tires replaced, completed in timely manner 3 hrs. Daughter brought her car in for brake replacement, service check done, recommended that only the FRONT brake pads needed to be done and that the rear pads still had sufficient life yet. NOT as the DEALER stated, they wanted EVERYTHING to be done even though it wasn't needed at the time. HAPPY customer, will return to Lex Brodies for future automotive needs.
