My Tacoma was in dire need of major front-end work (which Lex Brodie’s informed me of much earlier-but I did not do), all new tires, a full brake job, and a safety check ( which required replacing a brake light), and I needed it completed that day. A really tall order for sure. Cooper and the young ladies there were of course super helpful and efficient - all with true aloha for someone who was a complete stranger to them. Copper and the mechanics (awesome mechanics there, no doubt) got it all done perfectly, and he seemed genuinely glad to be helping me out. Let me tell you in case you don’t know: Lex Brodie’s is old-time Hawaii at it’s absolute best. Do yourself and the island a favor, and get them into your automotive life! T.M. McCamley

Free brake inspection. They show you the existing condition and provide an estimate prior to beginning work. My brake pads were at about 3 mm to 2 mm and the rotors had some grooves in the front. They said the drum brakes still have a lot of life. Initially, they recommended replacing the rotors, which would have added another $180. However, they were able to cut the rotors and make it smooth. The brakes work great! I would recommend to schedule an appointment to drop off your vehicle and wait for them to call when done. The Saturday I was there was very busy all day.

Lex Brodie are always there when I need help with my car, helpful, explain problem, friendly. It's why I keep going back.

I called ahead for a safety check and was advised of a wait of about 2 hours but could do same day. I drove in, brought a good book and was out in less than the estimated time. The staff is always accommodating and friendly and the service is very reliable.
