Had the struts changed out on my car. Wanted to have alignment checked out. Made online appointment at Lex Brodie's and showed up on-time. Took less than an hour to have alignment done. Well-satisfied with service. Thanks.

In the end, it was fine, but when speaking with them over the phone to update the status of my car, the staff did not seem to be on the same page with my vehicle.

Absolutely recommend. Got a flat. Luckily we had Roadside Assist so we asked tow truck to rush us straight there at 530pm since they close at 6pm and hoped to get keys to them. Instead they calmly approached me as u can probably imagine many are just feeling "deflated". Frank was a gentleman and professional, the young man that changed our tire was knowledgeable, efficient and friendly and our mangled tire was fixed by 6pm. They actually close at 6pm so I didn't even expect anyone to work overtime as everyone wants to go home. But all 8+ people I could see were busily working on something and even helping each other roll up the hoses, tidy the machinery, etc. No slackers no state workers leaving as soon as hit 6pm. Everyone looked as they'd be willing to stay long until the whole team was pau Hana. It was quite a sight to see. I don't want a flat on the freeway again but I want to return. I highly recommend even if their tire is $10 more than another guy or Sam's who can't get u in for days, just go for Lex Brodie's service. By the way, Lex is so proud that his legacy lives on. He was one of the first guys out, dawn patrol at Queens on his big red board in the 80's- early 90's and he would be so proud of his namesake!
