I have been going here for years. They are trustworthy and give only needed service. It's very refreshing. They actually changed my lugs for free when I told them I couldn't get mine off my car since they were swollen. They accepted lugs I bought at Autozone. I have had nothing but good reasonable service from Lex Brodies, and I am sad I have to PCS to a place where I will have to search for trustworthy mechanics.

Kaneohe location- Love this place. Always good service. Our Tahoe battery died at 4:30 pm, on a Wednesday. They close at 6. I called asked if they could still take a look at our car if we got there in in 20 mins. They said yes. They were done changing our battery by 545 and we didn’t have to pay for it since it was still under their warranty. It’s been at least 2-3 yrs since we changed it. Awesome! So thankful to have them in our neighborhood.

On 5/22/21 I visited the Honolulu location to get new tires for my suv. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted with a great smile followed by the Aloha spirit from Maile Otis. Explained what I need and immediately she prioritized providing service for me. She was very professional and informative in explaining the options of tires that she was recommending for my vehicle. Very knowledgeable of your products. Set the expectations of the process and the expected completion time of my vehicle. She was very kind throughout the process. Mahalo and will definitely be returning to your location for future business. I will highly recommend this Lex Brodies location to anyone looking for a great customer experience and quality of work.

Tire pressure sensor signal on. Lex Brodie (LB) advisor made appointment to replace sensor for about $50. Car in LB shop to replace sensor. Advisor named Cooper called. Sensor from LB didn't work. Needed to order new part. Cooper didn't mention part needed to order from Lexus and for how much and did not obtain my consent to do so. Cooper called to bring the car in 'cause part is here. I showed up for the appointment but Advisor told me now it'll cost $170 not $50! LB can not reset the sensor after replaced it. LB charged me $135 for the part and I needed to take my car to Lexus after two appointments and all kind of problems and wasted all my time! Finally, Lexus fixed for another $135. Total cost from $50 to $270!!!
