Excellent service. Made an appointment online and they're offering a $10 discount. Parked my car near the front garage entrance. Got checked in and they're real transparent about all the pricing. They'll show you the menu of options up front and they'll tell you when your car should be ready via a phone call. Was getting the safety check done and turns out a bulb was burnt out. They called me and let me know the cost. Unfortunately, my scheduled time to pick up was 3:30pm but they were extremely busy and ended up having it ready by 4:30pm. However, they gave me two $12 discounts (guessing it's $12/ half hour it's delayed). Wasn't expecting it but very happy With the service. Will be back.

I came here on a late Saturday afternoon, my rear tire was flat and I was really nervous. I was immediately greeted by Maile Otis and she assisted me with my tires. She was warm and welcoming and even though we were wearing masks, I felt like she was very sincere. I was initially only going to purchase 2 rear tires but she made me aware that I would benefit from a full set. I agreed and she walked me through the entire process. My nerves subsided and it was all because of Maile. Her great customer service and warm energy made me feel like my car troubles were gone! 10/10 recommend Maile!!!
