Excellent, excellent experience! Scheduling (and re-scheduling!) was so easy with their online system. Kyle Arakaki helped me out and was terrific from the start. He made sure to understand all of my concerns (alignment, check brakes, repair if needed, oil change and air filter replacements) and kept me updated throughout the process. I received texts about the status of my car and emails with updates and the vehicle inspection report within a couple of hours after drop off. Kyle also called right after the inspection report was emailed and discussed the results/findings in more detail and presented me with options and recommendations on how to move forward. I never felt pressured with an upsell and felt that Kyle genuinely wanted to help his customers make informed and safe decisions. I will definitely come back and send others to Kaneohe Lex Brodies and to Kyle in the future.

Had a few tire issues but was able to have the services done the same day with an alignment performed. Service advisor suggested the best options and prices for my needs. All of the shop personnel were courteous and professional.

It was fine. The assistant manager kyle was stressted out today because the front help didnt come in and and thays ok to give me poor service. Wouldnt give eye contact, seemed agitated. And when a white guy walks in, he totally polishes his customer service! What is that about? Im a returning customer too so i just am a little disappointed

We've been bringing our vehicles to get serviced here for a while now and have always gotten good service. Making appointments online is super easy and yesterday when we dropped off our vehicle, Gerard was super helpful and explained everything clearly. I also like it that he remembered me when I came back to pick up. To me, that extra recognition just shows that he cares about his job and people.

Initially went to another service center for an oil changed and was told my front brakes were severely worn and needed immediate service. Got an initial quote that seemed outrageous, so I looked up brake service near me and found Lex Brodie Kāne'ohe, which had the highest ratings in my area. Booked an online appointment, met with customer service and they confirmed the initial diagnosis, as well as that because of the damage, the price would be similar, if not slightly higher. They were also very honest with the time it would take, so I decided to take a chance from just this interaction alone. Expected it to take the full 5 hours, so caught a movie at Regal. During the movie, I was continually updated throughout the inspection and upon job initiation. When my movie was done after 2.5hrs, I walked back to the shop, expecting to wait another 1.5-2hrs in the lounge. To my complete surprise, they had finished it before my movie was even done. When it came to the bill, they not only completed the same services quoted by the previous service center, but the total actually came out the same (if not cheaper), considering they my brakes and rotors now included a lifetime warranty. Totally blown away by Lex Brodie's Kāne'ohe. Amazing job and even more amazing customer service.
